Shipping Terms

1.1 Free Shipping All orders enjoy free shipping. No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout, and delivery costs are covered by us.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times below are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on customs clearance, local holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

1.3 Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2 business days] after payment confirmation; the estimated delivery time above starts from the dispatch date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.4 Tracking A tracking number will be provided for each order once shipped, allowing you to track the package online at any time.

1.5 Customs and Duties Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, if applicable, shall be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection.

1.6 Delay Notice The estimated delivery time is for reference only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. In case of a significant delay caused by force majeure or carrier issues, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue but cannot be held liable for such delays.
